Outlet Creek is a wonderful whitewater spot near Lake Emily, and you're almost certainly interested in lakes, Lake Ada Rose is one of those nearby. So much entertaining stuff in the Coast Ranges, just inspiring. This lake is so wonderful. A fine close by hotel is Lark Motel, and people from Ukiah love to come here. Lake Emily is a pretty wet place       mostly with a large amount of precipitation; the month of January is the wettest with most of the rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. And if you're still looking for more outdoors exciting stuff just keep reading. If you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Eel River, and camping is available at Quail Meadows RV Campground. This lake is one of the great places here in the Coast Ranges. Life's                  too short to enjoy all the amusing things in the Coast Ranges. Summertime highs at Lake Emily typically tend to be in the 60's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's.
