It's always fun to stop by Lake Chabot. Lake Chabot is a location that is reasonably dried out mostly; January is the wettest month with most rain while July is commonly the driest month. Lake Chabot is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Park Royale Mobile Home Park is a nice local campground, and there's whitewater on Alameda Creek for all you adrenaline junkies. | | much to do here at Lake Chabot that you need to camp here for a while, Trailer Haven is a magnificent location for that.
Hilton Garden Inn Oakland/San Leandro is a great location to get some rest, and the summit of San Leandro Hills can be made out from Lake Chabot. This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous close by hotel is All Suites Islander Motels, and there's some flowing water close by, Grass Valley Creek is a stream you can go to during your stay.

This lake is so wonderful. Golf can be played at Lake Chabot Golf Course, and going for a hike on the Edgewood Trail is always a pleasant adventure. You just have to adore Lake Chabot. A pleasant beach near Lake Chabot is Sandy Beach;
Grass Valley is in close proximity, and is a brilliant site. The vicinity where Lake Chabot is, is dominated by the San Leandro Hills, and Golden Gate National Recreation Area is a very good place to explore.
The warmest time
of the year at Lake Chabot arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's with temperatures at Lake Chabot dipping down into the 40's through winter nights.
