Lake Casitas is always a pleasure to visit. If you need a place to stay Emerald Iguana Inn is a great choice, and unsurprisingly Ayers Creek flows through this vicinity. Through the days of summer here at Lake Casitas, high temperatures typically get into the 70's with night lows in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 60's while the cold winter nights at Lake Casitas are in the 40's. So much entertaining stuff near Lake Casitas, completely tremendous.

| | You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lake Casitas has to offer, you can camp at Ventura Beach RV Resort; the peak of Red Mountain can be seen from Lake Casitas.

a hike along the Coyote Trail. Channel Islands National Park is a great location near Lake Casitas, and there is a tremendous hiking trail nearby called the Ocean View Trail.
Having a delightful time in the Santa Ynez Mountains
is trouble-free. After a long day outdoors Oakridge Inn is a tremendous location to spend a night or two; Ayers Creek Arm is close at hand and always wonderful to stop by. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting stuff
the Santa Ynez Mountains has to offer. The scenery at Casitas Dam close to Lake Casitas is gorgeous, and playing golf is lots of fun at Ojai Valley Inn and Spa Golf Course. Yep, outdoors exciting things to do are beyond doubt plentiful
here at Lake Casitas. You'll meet a lot of folks from Oxnard-Thousand Oaks-Ventura here.
This lake is so wonderful. Oil Piers Beach is a beach near Lake Casitas that you can have a look at, and the Cozy Dell Trail is a great hiking
trail nearby. The annual rainfall here at Lake Casitas is about average; the wettest month of the year is mostly February, that's the one that rains the most, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is one of the great places here in the Santa Ynez Mountains.
