You are next to Tequepis Point if you're here at Lake Cachuma, and El Capitan Canyon is a pleasant location to get some rest. At Lake Cachuma       through the warm months highs are in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. Near Lake Cachuma you locate a golf course called Rancho San Marcos Golf Course; going for a hike on the Rattlesnake Trail is always a pleasant adventure. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover                  everything Lake Cachuma has to offer, you can camp at El Capitan Ranch Park Campground, and the sight of charming Bee Rock is tremendous. Dry warm beds await you at Bacara Resort & Spa; close by you locate the Ranger Peak Trail which is a perfect hiking trail. At Bradbury Dam right next door to Lake Cachuma there are some interesting things to see. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Cachuma is not far at all from Santa Barbara-Santa Maria-Goleta; the Gato Trail is a good hiking trail close by.
