The great folks of Sacramento—Arden-Arcade—Roseville like to hang out nearby, and whitewater paddling is good on American River - Middle Fork. Lake Arthur is close to Christian Valley which is without doubt worth going to, and American River - North Fork has a great whitewater paddling spot close by. Lakes are good; Lake Theodore is a lake that's in close proximity       to Lake Arthur. Quality Inn Auburn is a perfect place to get some rest, and if you came for an overnight stay Ponderosa Rv Resort is a perfect site to camp. During the summer months here at Lake Arthur, high temperatures frequently reach the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are ordinarily in the 40's while Lake Arthur overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 20's. This lake is so                  wonderful. Why not camp at Bowman Mobile Home and Park if you're here at Lake Arthur, and Black Oak Golf Course is a golf course nearby. Yep, outdoors amusing things to do are truly bountiful here at Lake Arthur. After a long day outdoors Best Western Golden Key is a glorious spot to spend a night or two, and of course, this is a brilliant neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Halsey Forebay is a lake around here. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. Have a good hiking adventure along the Green Valley Trail, and North Fork Dam is a site that is next to Lake Arthur. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! The Northern Sierra Nevada rocks!
