Beautiful Lake Alpine has much to offer visitors. Lake Alpine typically gets a lot of precipitation; during January this area sees the most snow while July is mostly the driest month. Have a delightful hiking adventure along the Burnside Lake Trail, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Bear Valley. Man, is there a lot of enjoyable things to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. A splendid site right next door to Lake Alpine is Bee Gulch.

| | There's so much to do here at Lake Alpine that you need to camp here for a while, Pine Marten Campground is a great spot for that. Dry warm beds await you at Bear Valley Lodge; do take a hike on the Charity Valley Trail. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Lake Alpine. Rose Meadow is a tremendous place to check out, and why not take a little spree to Duck Creek if you're here. Be careful coming to Lake Alpine, you might not ever wanna go back | |

home again. While you're here at Lake Alpine, you could also visit scenic Utica Reservoir. All through the summertime months highs here at Lake Alpine get into the 60's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into
the 40's. All through the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 30's; night lows at Lake Alpine all through the winter commonly plunge into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's
for you then we recommend Mokelumne River - North Fork, and the sight of pretty Inspiration Point is fine. Lake Alpine is located in the Northern Sierra Nevada. There's whitewater on Stanislaus River - Middle Fork for all you
adrenaline people. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lake Alpine has to offer, you can camp at Lake Alpine Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Mountain Adventure Seminars is a brilliant site to get some rest, and
why not take a refreshing hike along the Emigrant Trail. So much cool stuff to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada, too magnificent to be true. Don't leave Lake Alpine without first checking out Slick Rock, and the snow is nice at Kirkwood.
