    Why not stop by Lake Alpine if you're passing through these parts. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Kirkwood are so inviting noone can resist, and a nice place is Bee Gulch. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Mokelumne River - North Fork, and Bear Valley is a perfect local ski area. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 60's to Lake Alpine. During the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 40's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are  
   usually in the 30's, and overnight lows all through the winter for Lake Alpine tend to be in the 10's.
Yeah, come here to Lake Alpine for a great time. Union Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could go to; going for a hike along the Emigrant Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Lake Alpine is a rather wet place typically with a great deal of rainfall; January is the wettest month with most snow; July meanwhile is the driest month. Whohoo,
 
               so many exciting things in one place! The Northern Sierra Nevada is excellent! Do go to Utica Reservoir in the vicinity of Lake Alpine, it's a pretty lake, and Rose Meadow is a great place here at Lake Alpine.
This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. If the weather is wonderful here at Lake Alpine, you can go for a hike along the Charity Valley Trail, and a brilliant place to camp here at Lake Alpine is Lake Alpine Campground. This place, Lake Alpine, it truly has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff.
Now, you may think that's a heap but there's even more amusing things to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. On a pleasant day at Lake Alpine you can take a hike along the Burnside Lake Trail, and obviously Duck Creek is a scenic stream that is worth taking a look at. If you come at the right time of year, Stanislaus River - Middle Fork offers some great whitewater; some interesting geology is available here, Slick Rock is right here. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Pine Marten Campground if you're here at Lake Alpine; Inspiration Point is simple to spot from Lake Alpine.
