Lagunita is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. But wait, there's more to do next to Lagunita. Lagunita is right by the Alambique Trail; enjoy a round of golf at Emerald Hills Golf Course. If you need a place to stay The Westin Palo Alto is a delightful choice, and if you came to camp Trailer Rancho is a fine place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water? Try Deer Creek, and El Palo Alto is a perfect forest

Dry warm beds await you at Sheraton Palo Alto Hotel, and whitewater paddling is fine on Alameda Creek. During the warm months at Lagunita highs are typically in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 50's, and night lows all through the winter for Lagunita tend to be in the 40's. Lagunita is located in the Santa Cruz Mountains.

Lagunita gets very little rain; the month with most of the rain is January, and the driest of the months is July. Man, is there a lot of enjoyable things to do in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Lagunita is not far at all from San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara; Pescadero Creek has a delightful whitewater paddling spot nearby.
