The beauty of Laguna Lake is reason enough to stop by. This lake is one of the great places here in the Coast Ranges. Be careful coming to the Coast Ranges, you might not ever want to go back home again. There are magnificent locations to discover along the Meadow Trail, and do pay a visit to Muir Woods National Monument since you're here at Laguna Lake. Summertime highs at Laguna Lake mostly tend to be in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures

| | plunge down into the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Laguna Lake.
That right there is heaps of cool things already but it goes on, the Coast Ranges has it all. While you're here at Laguna Lake you will meet lots of folks from close by Santa Rosa-Petaluma. available along the Old Pine Trail. Laguna Lake is a brilliant location to camp, Olema Ranch Campgrounds is a brilliant location, and you can run the rapids of Mark West Creek.
This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you
at Quality Inn Petaluma; you get a tremendous view of Antonio Mountain from here. Go for a hike on the Jepson Trail, and camping at Laguna Lake is good fun, San Francisco North/Petaluma KOA is a good local campground. Laguna Lake
sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month of January is the wettest with most of the rain; July is when it's the driest.
