A trip to Big Rock Spring will fill your soul with delightful feelings; probably you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Bunker Lake is just a very short distance away. Squaw Valley Lodge is a pleasant spot to get some rest; why not take a little trip to Cottonwood Creek if you're here. Through the warm months at Lagoon Lake temperatures are commonly in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 40's. Daytime highs       during the wintertime are in the 40's; night lows during the wintertime for Lagoon Lake tend to be in the 20's. There's so much to do here at Lagoon Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Hell Hole Campground is a brilliant site for that, and glide down the rapids of Yuba River - South Fork in a kayak. That right there is loads already, but it goes on; Lagoon Lake has it all. There is a wonderful hiking trail in the neighborhood of Lagoon Lake called                  the Parsley Bar Trail, and you can stay the night at Hell Hole-In Campground. Lagoon Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Lagoon Lake generally gets a good deal of rainfall; January is when you get the most rain here, and July is the month with the least moisture. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The Northern Sierra Nevada is excellent! Really wonderful skiing awaits you at Alpine Meadows, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Steamboat Trail. Grayhorse Valley is a good site to spend some time at, and a spree to Buck Meadow invigorates the spirit. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. Get yourself into a kayak and hit American River - South Fork. This lake is so wonderful. This is a glorious vicinity for people who like lakes. Hell Hole Reservoir is a lake close by, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Squaw Valley. Now, you may think that's lots but there's even more exciting things to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada.
