     Looking for something in the neighborhood of L Lake? Little Lake is nearby, and since you're here, you could stop by Boulder Creek. You're in all probability addicted to lakes, Canyon Creek Lakes is one of those nearby, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Trinity River - North Fork. This lake is so wonderful. Get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Salmon River - South Fork, and there are splendid locations  
   to discover along the Deacon Lee Trail.
The Klamath Mountains scenery is always beautiful. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at L Lake; the month with most of the rain is December, and the driest of the months is July. So many amusing things to do here in the Klamath Mountains, too tremendous to be true. Don't leave L Lake without first going for a hike along the Tanners Peak Trail, and do pay a visit to Whiskeytown National Recreation Area since
 
               you're here at L Lake.
Man, is there plenty of fun things to do in the Klamath Mountains. The peak of Sawtooth Mountain can be distinguished from L Lake, and a good place to camp here at L Lake is Big Flat Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to L Lake while night lows are commonly in the 40's. Through the wintertime highs are usually in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for L Lake.
Yep, outdoors cool things to do are really bountiful here at L Lake. L Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Ripstein Campground is a great local campground, and Stonehouse Gulch is absolutely a tremendous place to have a look at.
