    Why not stop by Knuedler Lake if you're passing through these parts. So many cool things in the Santa Cruz Mountains, just inspiring. Juan Bautista De Anza National Historic Trail is a tremendous national park; whitewater paddling is splendid on San Lorenzo River. From a rainfall point of view Knuedler Lake is a rather normal site; through January this area sees the most rain while July is generally the driest month. If you need a place to stay National at  
   Oak Creek Palo Alto is a great choice.
This lake is so wonderful. Knuedler Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Wastahi Campground is a good local campground; if you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Pescadero Creek. One of the principal marks of the surroundings of Knuedler Lake is Langley Hill, as expected you could also have a look at Mindego Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. You feel that's
 
               enough? Just getting warmed up. Take a little tour to Mindego Creek while you're here at Knuedler Lake, and camping at Huckleberry Campground is always a tremendous experience.
And that's not all the things you can do here in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Menlo Park Inn is a good place to get some rest, and hiking along the Sequoia Nature Trail is good fun. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Reflection Lake is close to Knuedler Lake, and going for a hike along the Butano Ridge Loop Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. High temperatures at Knuedler Lake through the summer are in the 60's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are frequently in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 40's to Knuedler Lake.
This lake is one of the great places here in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Take a hike on the Coyote Ridge Trail, and you might also want to pay a visit to Rodgers Gulch while you're here at Knuedler Lake.
