The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Knownothing Lake plunge into the 30's. Knownothing Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; during December this area sees the most rain; July meanwhile is the driest month. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Klamath Mountains. Good hiking is available along the Garden Gulch Trail; do explore Rock Lake, it's a lovely                  lake. The Klamath Mountains scenery is always beautiful. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Salmon River, and why not camp at Matthews Creek Campground if you're here at Knownothing Lake. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful.
