Kellogg Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Just can't get enough of the Northern Sierra Nevada. A pleasant location to camp here at Kellogg Lake is Caribou Camp Ground, and there's some flowing water nearby, East Branch North Fork Feather River is a stream you can go to while you're here. | | Lakes Campground is a brilliant local campground; why not take a refreshing hike along the Cleghorn Bar Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Grassy Lakes is a pleasant lake close to Kellogg Lake; get covered with water paddling on Feather River - North Fork. Take a hike on the Claremont Trail, and Best Western Rose Quartz is a perfect place to get some rest. If only every place had this much outdoors amusing things, what a great world it would be. some time to stop at Smith Point close to Kellogg Lake if you have a chance, and the Yellow Creek Trail offers hiking at its best.
This lake is so wonderful. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Northern Sierra
Nevada. Since you're here at Kellogg Lake why not stop by Cold Spring Ravine; a great nearby hotel is Bailey Creek Cottages. Kellogg Lake gets a common amount of yearly precipitation; January is the month that gets the most snow while
July is frequently the driest month.
High temperatures at Kellogg Lake all through the days of summer are in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. For the duration of the winter the highs are usually in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Kellogg Lake.
