Go for a hike on the Smoke Howe Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Black Butte River. All through the summer at Keller Lake highs are mostly in the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 50's, and nighttime lows through the winter for Keller Lake tend       to be in the 30's. Lakes are tremendous; Cushman Lake is a lake that's next to Keller Lake. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Keller Lake has to offer, you can camp at Telephone Campground. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Going for a hike on the Buttermilk Trail is always a magnificent adventure, and there's whitewater on Eel River for all you adrenaline rush seekers. This lake is so wonderful. Cold Spring is a magnificent                  local attraction. And that's not all the things to do here in the Klamath Mountains. If you need a location to stay Tallman Hotel is a glorious choice. There's so much to do here at Keller Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Atchison Campground is a pleasant place for that. So much enjoyable stuff in the Klamath Mountains, just unbelievable. Yellow Jacket Glade is a great site here at Keller Lake; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore close by Barley Lake. Don't leave Keller Lake without first going for a hike along the French Trail, and at Keller Lake you can distinguish Black Butte. Keller Lake is located in the Klamath Mountains.
