The beauty of Keller Lake is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Smoke Howe Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Black Butte River. All through the summer at Keller Lake highs are mostly in the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 50's, and nighttime lows through the winter for Keller Lake tend

| | to be in the 30's. Lakes are tremendous; Cushman Lake is a lake that's next to Keller Lake. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Keller Lake has to offer, you can camp at Telephone Campground. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Atchison Campground is a pleasant place for that. So much enjoyable stuff in the Klamath Mountains, just unbelievable. Yellow Jacket Glade is a great site here at Keller Lake; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can
always explore close by Barley Lake. Don't leave Keller Lake without first going for a hike along the French Trail, and at Keller Lake you can distinguish Black Butte. Keller Lake is located in the Klamath Mountains. The high
level of rainfall makes Keller Lake a rather wet place; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily January, that's the one that rains the most, and July is the month with the least moisture.
