If you are traveling by, why not stop by June Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Central Sierra Nevada. June Lake is a good spot of typical rainfall; through the month of January you get the most snow around here, and the driest month is June. This location is excellent, just look at all the cool things to do close to June Lake. 1849 Condos at Canyon Lodge is a fine site to get some rest; you can never get enough of the pleasant skiing at June Mountain.

While you're here at June Lake, you could also have a look at pretty Gull Lake, and while you're here you can take a hike along the John Muir Trail - section 2. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. The Sherwin Lakes Trail is a delightful hiking trail close to June Lake, and great skiing awaits you at Mammoth Mountain.

Fork. Summertime highs at June Lake mostly tend to be in the 80's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 30's. All through the wintertime highs are usually in the 40's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at June Lake.
