Many people like to go to June Lake. At June Lake you can catch a sight of Reversed Peak, and hiking along the John Muir Trail - section 2 is glorious fun. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit San Joaquin River - Middle Fork, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Sherwin Lakes Trail. Yeah, come up here to the Central Sierra Nevada for a fine time. Head up to Mammoth Mountain and strap some skis to your feet, and June Lake Recreational

| | Vehicle & Lodge is a tremendous campground nearby. Summer at June Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 30's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's with temperatures at June Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. From a rain point of view June Lake is a reasonably normal place; January is when you get the most snow here; June is when it's the driest. | |

This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Snowbird Condos at Mammoths Canyon Lodge is a fine place to spend a night or two, and you can have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Mammoth Rock Trail. Heidelberg Inn
is a brilliant location to get some rest; Devils Postpile National Monument is a very glorious location to pop by. Be careful coming to the Central Sierra Nevada, you might not ever want to go home again. Stay the night at Pine Cliff
RV Resort and General, and a lake nearby is Yost Lake. So many exciting things to do at June Lake, so little time. Gull Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to, and June Mountain is a very popular ski area around here. June Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Sierra Nevada.
