Junction Reservoir is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Now, you may think that's a lot but there's even more amusing things to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. A day on the slopes of Alpine Meadows is just what you need, and whitewater paddling is glorious on American River - South Fork. Camping at Bridal Veil Campground is always a great experience, and Bryants Spring is always fun to check out. Junction Reservoir typically gets much rainfall;
