I am selling 2.3 acres of very desireable land on Breckenridge Mt., Kern County in the Mt. Diablo Meridian. It is thickly forested and sits right on Breckenridge Roaf, surrounded by Nat'l Forest It has been in my family for nearly 100 years and is privately-owned. If I do not receive response to my notice by September, I shall sell to USFS.

It is very dried up here at Julia Lake generally; the month of March is the wettest with most of the
rain; the driest month of the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. Breckenridge Campground is a magnificent campground nearby, and you'll possibly meet some people from Bakersfield here.
