Juanita Lake is one of the lakes here in the Southern Cascade Range. So many fun things in the Southern Cascade Range, just mind-blowing. A lake nearby is Meiss Lake; Juanita Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Juanita Lake Campground is a brilliant local campground. Juanita Lake gets very little rainfall; December is the month that gets the most snow; July is the month with the       least moisture. This is no site for people who don’t like to have fun. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Mount Shasta while you're here. For the duration of the warm days of summer at Juanita Lake highs are typically in the 70's, and the nighttime is quite chillier of course, regularly in the 40's. Highs throughout the winter are usually in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Juanita Lake drop into                  the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Juanita Lake is not the only place close by, Mud Lake is a close by lake; get wet paddling on Trask River. A splendid location to camp here at Juanita Lake is Martin Dairy Campground, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Klamath River.
