Pass is a good place to stop by nearby, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Sheep Creek Trail. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Southern Sierra Nevada. Pattee Meadow is right here at Jennie Lake; after a long day outdoors Western Holiday Lodge Three Rivers is a great spot to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Lots of folks from Visalia-Porterville come       to Jennie Lake; dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn At Sequoia National Park. Jennie Lake is a good place of common rain; through the month of January you get the most rain around here, and July is when it's the driest. Jennie Lake is a nice location to camp, Aspen Hollow - Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park is a nice location; there is a good hiking trail close by called the High Sierra Trail. If you want a good time in the great outdoors, just come                  on down to Jennie Lake. If time allows, Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park is a national park worth visiting; get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Kaweah River - Middle Fork. This lake is so wonderful. Dorst Campground is a magnificent campground here; on a great day you can take a hike along the Don Cecil Trail. Jennie Lake is located in the Southern Sierra Nevada. Some of the water nearby flows, like Pattee Creek. At Jennie Lake during the summer highs are in the 70's while overnight lows are frequently in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are ordinarily in the 40's; during the dark hours in the winter at Jennie Lake temperatures sink to the 20's. These mountains rock, just look at all the fun things to do in the Southern Sierra Nevada.
