Jameson Lake is always a pleasure to visit. At Jameson Lake through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 60's while the cold winter nights at Jameson Lake are in the 30's. So much amusing stuff to do here in the Sierra Madre, too pleasant to be true. | | Creek Campground is a wonderful location to camp. This lake is one of the great places here in the Sierra Madre. Jameson Lake truly is in the middle of a lovely outdoors paradise. On a perfect day at Jameson Lake you can take a hike along the Franklin Trail; Best Western Carpinteria Inn is a pleasant site to get some rest. to Channel Islands National Park is recommended. All year is a pleasant time in the Sierra Madre if you like the outdoors. There's some flowing water close by, Alder Creek is a stream you can stop by while you're here, and the
Steer Creek Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful. The scenery at Juncal Dam near Jameson Lake is gorgeous, unsurprisingly you could also take a look at Carpinteria Reservoir if you're here; it's not far
at all. This lake is so wonderful. Billiard Flats is right here at Jameson Lake, and during your visit here you'll meet some people from Santa Barbara-Santa Maria-Goleta for sure. Juncal Campground is a nice campground nearby;
Jameson Lake is not the only site close by, Jameson Lake is a close by lake. Near Jameson Lake you locate the Rincon Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail, and dry warm beds await you at Sandyland Reef Inn.

Notice that a large rock appears to be loose and or without support. It looks like the rock is supporting the trail above. Someone should take a closer look at that rock. In heavy rain it could come down. It looks unstable.... |
