If you are in Nevada county it's always a good idea to stop by Jackson Lake. Jackson Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Sierra Nevada. And that's not all you can do here at Jackson Lake. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Fordyce Creek, and dry warm beds await you at Deer Creek Inn. You simply must like the Northern Sierra Nevada. You'll locate a lovely lake called Catfish Lake near Jackson Lake, and a fine place to camp here at Jackson Lake is Canyon Creek

This lake is so wonderful. Jackson Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Silver Tip Campground is a brilliant local campground, and the Glacier Lakes Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. The view of English Mountain from Jackson Lake is picturesque, and nearby you come across the Bowman Mountain Trail which is a good hiking trail. Chalet View Lodge is a good place to get some rest, and good skiing awaits you at Soda Springs.

This lake is so wonderful. This is a popular place for people from Truckee-Grass Valley; Damfine Spring is an inspiring site to stop at during your stay. That right there is a load already, but it goes on; Jackson Lake has it all.
Going for a hike on the Crooked Lakes Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and there are some nice whitewater spots on Yuba River - South Fork.
Man, is there loads of exciting stuff to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. You can
never get enough of the delightful skiing at Royal Gorge, and obviously Woodcamp Creek flows through this neighborhood. Through the warm days of summer, highs mostly are in the 90's at Jackson Lake. Once the sun is down it sinks down
to the 40's. For the duration of the winter the highs are commonly in the 40's; overnight lows all through the wintertime for Jackson Lake tend to be in the 20's. From a rain point of view Jackson Lake is a reasonably normal site; January is the wettest month with most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
