Jack Lake is a nice lake to visit. That right there is a load of fun things already but it goes on, the Santa Lucia Range has it all. If you need a location to stay Abella Garden Inn Bed and Breakfast is a nice choice. There's so much to do here at Jack Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Pacific Dunes Ranch is a pleasant place for that. You absolutely ought to love Jack Lake. A wonderful lake like Big Twin Lake near Jack Lake is a fine location to

| | pop by. Summer brings highs in the 60's to Jack Lake. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are mostly in the 60's, and night lows at Jack Lake through the winter generally plunge into the 40's.
There are great spots to discover along the Alan Peak Trail, and Jack Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Pismo Sands RV Park is a splendid local campground. This lake is one of the great places here in the Santa | |

Lucia Range. Not much precipitation falls here at Jack Lake; the wettest month of the year is mostly January, that's the one that rains the most, and June is the month with the least moisture.
While you're here at Jack Lake you
will meet lots of folks from nearby San Luis Obispo-Paso Robles, and going for a hike on the Hi Mountain Trail is always a wonderful adventure. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here, you might as well have a look at Black Lake Canyon, and after a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Arroyo Grande is a good location to spend a night or two.
