There are some glorious whitewater spots on Tenaya Creek, and if you've had enough of Isberg Lakes, McClure Lake is nearby. This lake is so wonderful. You're perhaps addicted to lakes, Sadler Lake is one of those nearby; one of the overriding features of the surroundings of Isberg Lakes is Isberg Peak. A delightful nearby hotel is Mammoth Mountain Inn; camping is available at Granite Creek Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Clover Meadow Campground since you're here at Isberg Lakes; don't leave Isberg Lakes without first going for a hike along the John Muir Trail - section 2. descend down into the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Isberg Lakes.
