Do stop by Indian Valley Reservoir while you're in this part of California. This lake is located in the wonderful Klamath Mountains. Yeah, come up here to the Klamath Mountains for a splendid time. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Cache Creek; Indian Valley Reservoir is a place with many visitors from Clearlake. Trombetta's Resort is a glorious campground here, and if you need a location to stay Lake Point Lodge ClearLake Oaks is a pleasant choice.

There's some flowing water nearby, Kilpepper Creek is a stream you can stop at while you're here, and there are great sites to look at along the Bathhouse Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Indian Valley Reservoir is good fun, Funtime RV Park and Watersports is a good local campground, and the panorama of Stony Top is stunning. That right there is loads already, | |

but it carries on; Indian Valley Reservoir has it all. There are some perfect whitewater spots on Bear Creek, and Best Western El Grande Inn is a splendid place to get some rest.
At Indian Valley Reservoir through the days of
summer highs are in the 90's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 50's with temperatures at Indian Valley Reservoir dipping down into the 30's all through winter nights. This lake is so
wonderful. Going for a hike on the Bucknell Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and you can go for a hike on the Trout Creek Trail.
Put some time aside to spend at Sulphur Spring since you're here at Indian Valley Reservoir,
and Box Canyon is another perfect spot to check out close by. The annual precipitation here at Indian Valley Reservoir is about average; the month with most of the rain is January; the driest month is July.
