There's whitewater on Mark West Creek for all you adrenaline people; Lake Idell is a glorious place to visit for more than one day, Sonoma Dog Camp is a glorious place to camp nearby. A nice nearby hotel is Gaige House-a Joie de Vivre Hotel, and Kenwood Inn and Spa is a brilliant place to get some rest. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll fancy Lake Idell. | | be complete without taking a look at Los Guilicos Warm Springs. During the summer months at Lake Idell highs are ordinarily in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 50's; nighttime lows in the 30's for Lake Idell. whitewater spots on Napa River, and of course, this is a wonderful region for folks who like lakes, Fern Lake is a lake close at hand. Lake Idell gets a good deal of water; the month with most of the rain is January, and the driest
month is July. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. For you golfers we recommend nearby Sonoma National Golf Course, and hiking along the Bald Mountain Trail is magnificent fun. You'll meet a lot of people
from Napa here, and if you haven’t been to Muir Woods National Monument, you should schedule some time for it if you're here. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always check out close by Suttonfield Lake, and Sugarloaf Ridge State Park is a great local campground.
