Man, is there a load of exciting things to do in the Southern Sierra Nevada. Throughout the summertime months at Ida Lake temperatures are mostly in the 90's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Ida Lake temperatures plunge to the 30's. This lake is one of the great places here in the Southern Sierra Nevada. Ida Lake is a good location of common precipitation; through January this area                  sees the most rain; July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful.
