Iceland Lake in fact is in the middle of a delightful outdoors paradise. Deadman Campground is a wonderful campground nearby, and perfect skiing awaits you at Bear Valley. You'll locate a gorgeous lake called Ridge Lake near Iceland Lake, and in case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cherry Creek - West Fork. This lake is so wonderful. On a good day at Iceland Lake you can take a hike along the Corral Valley Trail;

| | why not a little side spree to Relief Creek. Iceland Lake usually gets much rain; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow; July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. The Early Emigrant and Indian Trail is a wonderful hiking trail close to Iceland Lake; Iceland Lake is a good spot to visit for more than one day, Baker Campground is a good spot to camp nearby. at Dodge Ridge, and a nice location for whitewater paddling is Stanislaus River - Middle Fork. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada. While you're here at Iceland Lake, you could also take a look
at beautiful Sardella Lake, and Lower Relief Valley is a great place to check out. Just can't get enough of the Central Sierra Nevada. While you're here at Iceland Lake you can take a hike along the Silver King Trail, and Granite
Dome is a peak you can catch a glimpse of from Iceland Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Central Sierra Nevada. High temperatures at Iceland Lake through the days of summer are in the 60's, and the night is
slightly chillier of course, frequently in the 40's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Iceland Lake dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights.
