Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things in the vicinity of Iceberg Lake. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Mammoth Mountain if you're here, and Iceberg Lake is right by the John Muir Trail - section 2. What would winter be without some skiing at June Mountain, and a tremendous place to camp here at Iceberg Lake is Trailer Park Campground. This lake is so wonderful.       Camping at Minaret Falls Campground is always a pleasant experience, and there are some wonderful whitewater spots on San Joaquin River - Middle Fork. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Mammoth Mountain Inn is a delightful choice. A typical amount of rain falls here at Iceberg Lake; January is the wettest month with most rain, and June meanwhile is the driest month. So much entertaining stuff in the Central Sierra Nevada, just remarkable.                  Lakes? Sure, Cecile Lake is in the vicinity, and hiking along the Mammoth Rock Trail is great fun. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Central Sierra Nevada. Dry warm beds await you at Heidelberg Inn, and you can have a glorious hiking adventure along the Gaylor Lakes Trail. Summertime highs at Iceberg Lake mostly tend to be in the 90's with night lows in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's while Iceberg Lake nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 20's.
