     Don't leave Ice Lake without first going for a hike along the Gaylor Lakes Trail, and if the weather is pretty, you acquire a nice view of Finger Peaks from Ice Lake. You definitely have to have a thing about Ice Lake. Dry warm beds await you at The Ahwahnee, and whitewater paddling is fine on West Walker River. You clearly must go for the Central Sierra Nevada. A spree to Little Slide Canyon is always fun; you can stay the night at Paho Campground.

Throughout the warmest time of the year at Ice Lake temperatures are commonly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Ice Lake. Ice Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Sierra Nevada.
At Ice Lake you don’t see much rainfall; January is the month that gets the most snow, and September on the other hand is the driest.
