The snow is great at Dodge Ridge; get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Stanislaus River - Middle       Fork. All the water falling down from the sky makes Hyatt Lake a wet site; through January this area sees the most snow while July is usually the driest month. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's; nighttime lows through the wintertime for Hyatt Lake tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
