to stay Squaw Valley Lodge is a great choice. The Cherry Point Trail offers hiking at its best, and at Huntley Mill Lake you can catch a glimpse of Devils Peak. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Long Valley
Trail, and get covered with water paddling on Yuba River - South Fork. Huntley Mill Lake gets lots of water; the wettest month of the year is typically January, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month is July. After
a long day outdoors Plumpjack Squaw Valley Inn is a magnificent place to spend a night or two, and you'll find a pretty lake called Nancy Lake.
