This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Not much rain falls here at Horseshoe Pond; the month of January is the wettest with most of the rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. A great place to camp here at Horseshoe Pond is Hidden Harbor Marina Resort, and Antelope Creek has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot close by.       This lake is so wonderful. If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Corning is a great place to spend a night or two; pleasant hiking is available along the Graham Trail. If you're here, you might as well go to Tenmile Hollow, and whitewater paddling is fine on Deer Creek. Just can't get enough of Horseshoe Pond. Lots of folks from Red Bluff come to Horseshoe Pond, and Horseshoe Pond                  is not the only place close by, Arts Pond is a close by lake. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Go for a hike on the Old Lassen Trail, and if you've had enough of Horseshoe Pond, Norvell Pond is close by.
