    What a nice lake Horseshoe Lake is. This lake is so wonderful. The Deacon Lee Trail is a wonderful hiking trail near Horseshoe Lake, and a tour to Whiskeytown National Recreation Area is worthwhile. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Big Flat Campground is a delightful spot to camp; if you come at the right time of year, Coffee Creek offers some nice whitewater.
But wait, there's more entertaining stuff to do in the Klamath Mountains.
 
   Take a side journey to Willow Creek; a delightful location to stop by is French Cove. Horseshoe Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily December, that's the one that rains the most, and July meanwhile is the driest month. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Horseshoe Lake. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Salmon Lake, and places like Black Basin are perfect  
               to check out.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Klamath Mountains. Best Western Weaverville Victorian Inn is a tremendous location to get some rest, and there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Trinity River. Stoney Point Campground is a glorious campground here, and you need to pop by Stone Face since you're here. The summit of Black Mountain can be seen from Horseshoe Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Lewiston Hotel.
Horseshoe Lake is a beautiful lake in the Klamath Mountains. All through the summertime here at Horseshoe Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and nighttime lows at Horseshoe Lake all through the wintertime commonly sink into the 20's.
