Sea State Recreation Area. Looking for something close to Hole Lake? Horseshoe Lake is close at hand, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Hole Lake; Coldwater Trail is a great local trail.
Stay the night at Mt. San Jacinto
State Park, and a magnificent close by hotel is Rodeway Inn Riverside. Hole Lake gets very little precipitation; January is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is July.
