This lake is so wonderful. Places like Rickabaugh Glades are delightful to visit, and a lake close by is Hagan Lake. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Coast Ranges. Bedford Rock is an attention-grabbing location to pop by while at Hog       Lake; Red Mountain is pretty and can be seen from here. Any time is a good time at Hog Lake if you have a thing about the outdoors. Don't leave Hog Lake without first going for a hike along the Middle Creek Flat Trail, and U-wanna Camp is a good campground nearby. Hog Lake is a beautiful lake in the Coast Ranges. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Coast Ranges. Go for a hike on the Elk Knob Trail; a great close by hotel is Comfort Inn & Suites                  Ukiah. Through the summertime months, highs frequently are in the 90's at Hog Lake. During the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 50's with temperatures at Hog Lake dipping down into the 30's all through winter nights. Coon Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit; Kelly's Kamp is a glorious local campground. This lake is so wonderful.
