Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Lone Pine. And if that's not sufficient there's lots more fun things to do in the Southern Sierra Nevada. Hitchcock Lakes is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Symmes Creek Campground is a perfect local campground, and the summits of the Sierra Nevada add much beauty to the region. Not much rain falls here at Hitchcock Lakes; the month with most of the rain is January while October is mostly the driest month.

| | This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Pacific Crest Trail - section 11; if you get bored of Hitchcock Lakes you could also go to close by Guitar Lake. If you need a site to stay Best Western Frontier Motel is a brilliant choice; going for a hike on the Mount Whitney Trail is always a pleasant adventure. This place, Hitchcock Lakes, it clearly has so much outdoors exciting stuff. A good spot to camp here at Hitchcock Lakes is Tuttle Creek Campground, | |

and paddling on Kern River is so much fun. Just can't get enough of the Southern Sierra Nevada. A brilliant location to stop by in close proximity to Hitchcock Lakes is Trail Crest, and tremendous hiking is available along the
Sawtooth Pass Trail. Through the months of summer here at Hitchcock Lakes, high temperatures usually get into the 90's while night lows are typically in the 60's. During the wintertime highs are commonly in the 50's; winter nights
come with lows in the 20's to Hitchcock Lakes. This lake is one of the great places here in the Southern Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. If you're stopping by Hitchcock Lakes from Bishop, you won't be the only one, and
one of the dominant traits of the surroundings of Hitchcock Lakes is Mount Chamberlin. Keeler Needle is an attention-grabbing thing to distinguish if you're here at Hitchcock Lakes, and Hitchcock Lakes is not the only site nearby, Crabtree Lakes is a nearby lake.
