Summer overnight lows sink down to the 40's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 40's with temperatures at Hilton Creek Lakes dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. A nice close by hotel is Mammoth Lakes Travelodge, and Lake Inlet Campground is a good local campground. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the       Central Sierra Nevada. If you came for an overnight stay Lake Outlet Campground is a great place to camp, and after a long day outdoors Mammoth Creek Inn is a great site to spend a night or two. Hilton Creek Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Central Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. In the event that you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Mono Creek. Hilton Creek Lakes is commonly a reasonably dried up site; all through                  the month of January you get the most rain around here, and June meanwhile is the driest month.
