     This lake is so wonderful. There is a fine hiking trail in the vicinity of Hidden Lakes called the Sherwin Lakes Trail, and a lake nearby is Heart Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Hidden Lakes, you could also check out nearby Marsh Lake; do pay a visit to Devils Postpile National Monument since you're here at Hidden Lakes. And that's not all there is to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada. Get yourself into a kayak and hit San Joaquin  
   River - South Fork; close by you come across the Mammoth Rock Trail which is a fine hiking trail.
Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this site. Mosquito Flat is a good place, and you can stay the night at Mosquito Flat Campground. Dry warm beds await you at Mammoth Creek Inn. Around Hidden Lakes you don’t get a lot of rainfall; the month of January is the wettest with most of the rain, and June on the other hand is the driest.

               Central Sierra Nevada. There are some great whitewater spots on Mono Creek, and if you yearn for a little side trip, try Little Lakes Valley. Mammoth Lakes Travelodge is a fine place to get some rest, and skiing at Mammoth Mountain is one of those things you just must do. At Hidden Lakes during the long summer days highs are in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 40's, and night lows through the winter for Hidden Lakes tend to be in the 20's.
This lake is located in the wonderful Central Sierra Nevada. Here at Hidden Lakes you can catch a glimpse of Mount Morgan. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Hidden Lakes has to offer, you can camp at Lake Inlet Campground.
