If you are in this part of California make sure to pay a visit to Hidden Lake. You truly must have a thing about the Southern Sierra Nevada. Camping at Locust Grove Campground is always a wonderful experience. This lake is one of the great places here in the Southern Sierra Nevada. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Frontier Motel, and Hidden Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Tuttle Creek Campground is a magnificent local campground.

| | For the period of the warm days of summer highs here at Hidden Lake reach the 90's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 60's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 50's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Hidden Lake. This lake is so wonderful. stuff to do in the Southern Sierra Nevada. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Lone Pine is a perfect place to spend a night or two, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Kern River.
Lakes are such calm places, why not check out South Fork Lakes close to Hidden Lake, and a pleasant tour to Big Cottonwood Meadows is a magnificent way to spend an afternoon. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a magnificent time
here at Hidden Lake. There are other locations here than Hidden Lake, for example Muir Lake, and there are nice places to look at along the Pat Keyes Trail. Not much rainfall falls here at Hidden Lake; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
