Not far from Hellhole Lake, you'll stumble on Lower Sunset Lake which is a pretty lake, and going for a hike along the Burnside Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Dry warm beds await you at Tahoe Seasons Resort (Vri), and during your spree here you'll meet some people from Gardnerville Ranchos for sure. Hellhole Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Sierra Nevada.       This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore nearby Lily Pad Lake; you can have a good hiking adventure along the Charity Valley Trail. Yeah, come up here to the Northern Sierra Nevada for a nice time. The skiing at Bear Valley is perfect, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 13. All the outdoors fun stuff next to Hellhole Lake will keep you coming back many times. There's                  always Summit Lake Dam to stop by next to Hellhole Lake. At Hellhole Lake through the months of summer highs are in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 40's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Hellhole Lake drop into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. A day on the slopes of Kirkwood is just what you need, and Harvest Inn-St Helena, Napa Valley is a good site to get some rest. All the water falling down from the sky makes Hellhole Lake a wet site; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow; the driest of the months is July. Be careful coming to the Northern Sierra Nevada, you might not ever wanna return back home again. If you're here at Hellhole Lake, you could take a look at Jeff Davis Creek; get soaked paddling on Carson River - East Fork. A pleasant visit to Indian Valley is a good way to spend an afternoon. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Hellhole Lake has to offer, you can camp at Middle Creek Campground. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! Hellhole Lake is great!
