For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's while Lake Helen overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. Not far from Lake Helen, you'll locate Emerald Lake which is a lovely lake; if you need a place to stay Bailey Creek Cottages is a tremendous choice. This lake is so wonderful. What would a location       like Lake Helen be without attention-grabbing close by characteristics like Crescent Cliff, and Bumpass Mountain is pretty and can be observed from here. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is glorious here at Lake Helen, you can go for a hike along the Hanna Trail, and close by you find Little Hot Springs Valley which is a brilliant spot to pop by. Near Lake Helen you stumble on the                  Growler Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail It's always wonderful to pop by Bumpass Hot Springs. Lake Helen is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Kings Creek Campground is a delightful local campground, and Bumpass Hell is a good location to stretch your legs a bit. Lake Helen is located in the Southern Cascade Range. The Chaos Crags Trail is a pleasant hiking trail in close proximity to Lake Helen. Lakes? Sure, Ink Lake is in the neighborhood. Lake Helen generally gets a great deal of precipitation; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most snow while July is typically the driest month.
