Heiser Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. All the outdoors entertaining stuff in the Northern Sierra Nevada will keep you coming back again and again. There are splendid places to discover along the Charity Valley Trail, and camping is available at Mosquito Lakes Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Near Heiser Lake you find the Emigrant Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail, and a nice place to camp here at Heiser Lake

While you're here at Heiser Lake it's a great idea to have a look at Pacific Valley, and everybody close by loves skiing at Bear Valley. Harvest Inn-St Helena, Napa Valley is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two. While staying at Heiser Lake you could always look at Marshall Canyon, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go
whitewater paddling on Mokelumne River - North Fork. The slopes of Kirkwood are so inviting noone can resist; a wonderful site for whitewater paddling is Stanislaus River - Middle Fork. Summer at Heiser Lake arrives with high
temperatures in the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Heiser Lake during the winter mostly drop into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
This is a great vicinity for people who like lakes. Bull Run Lake is a lake in the vicinity, and going for a hike on the Pacific Crest Trail - section 13 is always a pleasant adventure.
