Snag Lake Dam has glorious water scenery and it's in the vicinity of Haven Lake, and playing golf is lots of fun at Graeagle Meadows Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. A delightful lake like Gold Lake right next door to Haven Lake is a glorious place to stop at, and dry warm beds await you at Chalet View Lodge. At Haven Lake during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 90's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. During the wintertime highs are commonly in the 40's, and night
lows during the wintertime for Haven Lake tend to be in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Get covered with water paddling on Yuba River - North Fork; there is a magnificent hiking trail nearby called the Deer Lake Trail. This place,

return back home again. After a long day outdoors Chalet View Lodge is a fine site to spend a night or two, and going for a hike on the Butcher Ranch Trail is always a brilliant adventure.
