This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Mammoth Mountain Inn is a good choice; there are delightful sites to explore along the Gaylor Lakes Trail. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Harriet Lake. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are regularly in the 40's, and night lows at Harriet Lake during the wintertime generally drop into the 20's. These mountains rock, just explore all the exciting things to

with the most rain, and August is when it's the driest. Foerster Peak is clearly visible from Harriet Lake. There's so much to do here at Harriet Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Clover Meadow Campground is a perfect
site for that. You just ought to love the Central Sierra Nevada. Take a side tour to Hutchings Creek, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend San Joaquin River - Middle Fork. All the outdoors
exciting stuff near Harriet Lake will keep you coming back many times. Dry warm beds await you at Heidelberg Inn; McGee Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out. Harriet Lake is one of the lakes here in the Central Sierra
