Hansen Lake gets very little rain; the month with most of the rain is February while July is regularly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here, you might as well visit Bartholomaus Canyon, and if you came to camp Honeybee Campground is a great site to do that. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! The San Gabriel Mountains rules! A lake close by is Hansen Flood Control Basin, and there's great hiking       along the Oak Spring Trail. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn & Suites is a brilliant site to spend a night or two, and Middle Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to. Hansen Lake is right by the Gold Canyon Trail, and for you golfers we recommend nearby Cascades Golf Club Department. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the area in the neighborhood of Hansen Lake has to offer. There's so much to do here at Hansen Lake that                  you need to camp here for a while, Vicabob Trailer Village is a delightful place for that, and Mt Waterman has brilliant slopes and a friendly staff. Now, you may feel that's plenty but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here in the San Gabriel Mountains. Visit Big Tujunga Creek if you're here at Hansen Lake; Super 8 Motel North Hollywood Ca is a brilliant place to get some rest. Hansen Spreading Grounds is a brilliant place to check out, and do check out Hansen Dam while you're here. Summer at Hansen Lake comes with high temperatures in the 90's; the night is fairly cooler of course, usually in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 60's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Hansen Lake. And that's not all you can do here at Hansen Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful San Gabriel Mountains. This lake is so wonderful.
