This lake is one of the great places here in the Southern Cascade Range. Graves Reservoir is a location that is reasonably arid generally; December is the month that gets the most snow, and the driest month of the year is July. A splendid close by hotel is Best Western Trailside Inn, and naturally, this is a fine area for folks who like lakes, Signal Reservoir is a lake in close proximity.       This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Big Sage Campground. For the period of the summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at Graves Reservoir. Throughout the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Graves Reservoir are in the 10's. You absolutely must like the Southern Cascade Range. Super 8 Motel - Alturas is a good location to get some rest.
