Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Sonoma National Golf Course, and camping at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park is always a good experience. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! Gravelly Lake is unbeatable! During your trip to Gravelly Lake you'll meet some people from Napa for sure, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the North Side Trail. Dry warm beds await you at Brick       House Bungalows, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at nearby Lee Lake. Gravelly Lake gets a normal amount of precipitation; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain while July is frequently the driest month. During the long summer days at Gravelly Lake temperatures are mostly in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Throughout the winter the highs are mostly in the 50's,                  and night lows all through the winter for Gravelly Lake tend to be in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Lagunitas Fire Trail is pleasant fun; there's whitewater on Napa River for all you adrenaline junkies. This lake is so wonderful. Gravelly Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Sonoma Dog Camp is a nice local campground; at Gravelly Lake you can see Wildcat Mountain. Not far from Gravelly Lake, you'll hit upon Goose Lake which is a beautiful lake, and don't miss out on a tour to Muir Woods National Monument while you're here.
