Grass Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. That right there is a load of amusing things already but it goes on, the Northern Sierra Nevada has it all. Paddling on Yuba River - North Fork is so much fun; Packsaddle Campground is a good campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Chalet View Lodge, and get covered with water paddling on Lavezzola Creek. Just can't get enough of Grass Lake. Deer Lake

| | Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check out, and hiking along the Deer Lake Trail is magnificent fun. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is delightful here at Grass Lake, you can go for a hike along the Butcher Ranch Trail; if you get bored of Grass Lake you could also pop by close by Deer Lake. for a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 15 will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. Grass Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Throughout the summertime at Grass Lake highs are mostly
in the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Grass Lake. A splendid location in the neighborhood of Grass Lake is Packer Lake
Saddle, and Lusk Meadows is right here at Grass Lake. It's a pleasant idea to check out Church Creek, it's next to Grass Lake, and if you need a place to stay Deer Creek Inn is a glorious choice. The yearly precipitation here
at Grass Lake is about average; January is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is July. Be careful coming to the Northern Sierra Nevada, you might not ever want to go home again. Stay the night at Berger Campground, and Lost Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore.
