A perfect spot to visit next to Grass Lake is Packer Lake Saddle, and do go to Deer Lake Dam since you're here. The Deer Lake Trail is a good hiking trail close to Grass Lake. Lakes? Sure, Saxonia Lake is close at hand. You absolutely should fancy Grass Lake.

| | always beautiful. If you need a place to stay Chalet View Lodge is a fine choice, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Lavezzola Creek. High temperatures at Grass Lake throughout the summertime are in the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's while Grass Lake night low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 20's.

in the Northern Sierra Nevada, just phenomenal. Getting to Church Creek from Grass Lake is simple, and skiing at Royal Gorge is one of those things you just should do. Grass Lake gets a typical amount of rain; January is when you
get the most rain here, and the driest month is July.
This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant close by hotel is Deer Creek Inn, and if you came for an overnight stay Packsaddle Campground is a great place to camp. This lake is so
wonderful. Going for a hike on the Butcher Ranch Trail is always a great adventure, and a glorious location like Lusk Meadows here at Grass Lake is too brilliant to miss. Near Grass Lake you discover the Pacific Crest Trail - section
15 which is a great hiking trail; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Little Gold Lake.
