During the days of summer at Grant Lakes highs are commonly in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's while Grant Lakes overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 20's. Yep, outdoors fun things truly is plentiful here in the Central Sierra Nevada.       If you need a site to stay The Ahwahnee is a nice choice, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Tuolumne River. Grant Lakes is a wet site that gets much precipitation; the wettest month of the year is commonly January, that's the one that rains the most; July meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Have a perfect hiking adventure along the Ten Lakes Trail, and a pretty lake like Wegner Lake                  is a splendid place to visit. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Yosemite Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and Ten Lakes is a pleasant lake nearby. If the weather is great here at Grant Lakes, you can go for a hike along the John Muir Trail - section 1, and Colby Mountain is trouble-free to spot from Grant Lakes. If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Central Sierra Nevada. A visit to Ten Lakes Pass is always fun, and if you came for an overnight stay Porcupine Flat Campground is a tremendous spot to camp. Grant Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Central Sierra Nevada.
