If you are traveling by, why not stop by Granite Lake. High temperatures at Granite Lake during the summertime months are in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. - South Fork. Paddling on Mokelumne River - North Fork is so much fun. The high level of precipitation makes Granite Lake a quite wet location; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow while July is the month with
the least amount of precipitation. The Northern Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Plasse's Resort if you're here at Granite Lake; going for a hike on the Windmiller Trail is always a glorious adventure.
